Overall, the initial phone screening interview was not bad. The lady I talked to was very nice and straightforward. She listened and was typing my responses in the background. She also answered any questions I had about the company.

They establish a phone assessment that covers the skills needed for the job and if you possess them. There was also a great deal about your outlook on animal testing.
