      Project Specialist Interview

      10 Mar 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      San Diego, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Labcorp (San Diego, CA) in Feb 2021

      Interview

Applied on LinkedIn Easy Apply, got a call from HR for a Phone Screen, then had a Phone Interview with the Hiring Manager/Director. With HR it was pretty standard, but when it came to speaking with the Director I don't know why they even wanted to speak with me. It seemed like their job posting was not very clear and what they were looking for was someone with deep data analytics experience who would be able to work alone. Director was clearly smart with decent EQ, but very unprofessional as he kept long laughing during the interview. Overall at the end he mentioned for me to go take some classes, sorta just good luck with your search.

      Interview

The HR person asked a few questions about my working visa and maybe the answers were not as he/she expected. Starting from there, the HR person talked to me with an unhappy voice and became less enthusiastic in answering my questions. The interview process, however, was easy with basic HR questions.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Labcorp (Nashville, TN) in May 2015

      Interview

I had a brief phone interview and was asked to come in. At the interview, I was greeted by a panel of 4 people who asked a variety of questions. It was a little intimidating to keep the conversation going at times. At the end of the interview I was given a homework assignment to email back to them. I returned in by the end of that day.
