Interview
I was contacted by the recruiter within 24 hours of applying and had interviews scheduled quickly. There is a phone screening and then 2 STAR style interviews with line managers.

Why Covance? How do you prioritize? How do you deliver bad news to clients? What are you looking for in your career?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Labcorp

There were many rounds of interviews with different managers from different teams. It seemed like they had canned questions that they were reading off of. The recruiter told me to use the STAR system and that's what it seemed like the interviewers kept on pushing for.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Labcorp
Interview
I applied and after several days, someone from the HR organized an initial 30-min call. Again 3-4 days after, I had an email invitation to a second interview with a Manager. After this interview, I got an offer 3-4 days later over the phone.

Applied online and I got a phone interview with HR (about 30 mn.). Two weeks later I was invited for an interview with 2 hiring managers. Really pleasant atmosphere and I felt comfortable.
