Phone interview then if selected to move forward complete a behavior assessment. Then the hiring team reviews that to determine if you move on to the next process. You are told that you will hear either way if you get hired or moved on to the next steps within a week.

Interview
20 min phone call with in house recruiter. Same day received Teams Invites to 2 separate interviews with senior level managers. Both were great conversations about 45-1 hour long. Received verbal offer within 3 business days.

Experience related questions in both. One more technical experience other was financial experience related
Met with hiring manager and her manager and was asked about background, experience and interest in company. After I successfully passed interview I received an offer which was contingent upon successfully passing a drug screen/urine test. They were able to do the test onsite at the office I would later work at.
