I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Labcorp (Princeton, NJ) in Mar 2015
Interview
Brief phone interview, they let me know at the end that they were recommending me to management, and I got another phone interview, then an in-person interview (which my interviewer didn't show up for due to hazardous weather, but given the conditions I could forgive this). To make up for the missed in-person, I did a final phone interview.
Expect STAR type questions
Overall was good. Everyone was nice and friendly to talk about their experiences at work. The entire process flowed very well and natural. Enjoyed talking about myself and be myself. A work-life balance company indeed.
The recruiter for the position called me directly. Asked me to explain a little about my experience and what I was looking for. They told me a little about the position and said they would pass along my information to the hiring manager. I was a little thrown off because I wasn't expecting a call and usually calls are scheduled via email.
