Prescreen with recruiter was quick, effiecent and ready with a list of questions. Done in 10 minutes. This interview experience was positive and professional. The interviewers, supervisor & a small panel of 4 other lab professionals, who were friendly and well-prepared. Their use of a checklist ensured a structured and thorough process, covering key aspects of my resume and relevant situational scenarios. This approach showed organization and commitment to finding the right fit for the role. Interview took about 35 minutes including a tour of the lab.
