On campus interview with assistant program director. Pass that and they fly you out on location. For me that was Seattle, WA. Lots of personality questions. Given a situation, what would you do, etc. etc.

The final round on location interview has a case study. It was not as difficult as I expected and they figure this is your first case. They help walk you through it.

Don’t be fooled, sometimes an extensive interview process does work to your benefit, as the role itself was sold during the interview to be a role that completely differed from the responsibilities I took on.

Online Application, Online Case Study Interview, Phone Interview Screening followed by online Face-to-face interview. Overall very straightforward process. The interview was conducted by four separate interviewers. Each department will most likely have their own interview process.
