Interview is comprised of one PEI question and one case. The interviewer and the case itself seems to be tailored to your field, degree or background. The interview is exactly like how they say it would be like in terms of format.

Question 1
The PEI they asked was related to connection asking to explain a situation when I had a conflict.
Didn't get to the interview stage so I can't say how the process is. Didn't get pass the game phase. Hopefully, next time, I'd be able to give a better experience.
2 Rounds of interview, PEI+ Case study. Final round is in person. PEI questions are easy, but the cases are very hard. Timeline took about 3 months between receiving the OT and Final round.

Tell me a time you worked with people from different background
General call with HR representative discussing experience and motivation for the role. More like standard screening instead of typical interview. Be sure to give a thorough background of yourself and have solid motivation.
