Phone interview- it's was a situational style interview. Enjoyable process overall.... Took from January to May with constant contact while I was in school. The interviewer was nice and still remains contact during employment to make sure things are going well.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Medline Industries in Dec 2024
Interview
The first stage is a basic and casual HR phone screen. The final round is 2 virtual 30 minute interviews with management with behavioral questions. One interviewer was a lot easier than the other

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to work closely with someone whose personality was very different from yours.
I applied online. I interviewed at Medline Industries (Northfield, IL)
Interview
I feel the interview didn’t give me a very good opportunity to reveal how I could help with “the needs of the team”. I did not get any further than the first interview, and received an email saying that “there are other candidates who more closely align with the needs of the team” when any “needs” that potentially need to be met were never brought up in the interview. I was only asked two behavioral questions which I feel don’t reveal anything about the candidate other than their interview skills. This is basically an entry level position for recent grads, and I think it would have been more productive to ask me what I can contribute, given that’s the basis for why I didn’t get any further.
