I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Medline Industries (San Bernardino, CA) in Jan 2013
Interview
Initailly contacted by HR and scheduled for in person interview. Met with three individuals, including the hr manager, warehouse manager and operations manager. Typical interview questions and process and was scehduled for next step in the process which was an interview with the VP. Although, during my last interview with operations manager, he actually had his feet up on the desk while conducting the interview, which I thought was very unprofessional, especially since it was on the plant manager's desk and in front of the plant manager. Next, I had a phone interview with the VP and went well but was scheduled for another interview with the VP in person about a week later. I arrived at my interview early and was sent for a "walk" in the warehouse to observe adn report back. When I arrived back, I met with the VP and he kept asking probing questions and saying he didn't want the same answers I had given him over the phone even though he asked me the same questions. I had no problem giving him more answers but he was answering his phone and yawning throughout the interview. I felt very disresepcted and at that point was getting annoyed that they kept wasting my time. If they felt I wasn't the right candidate, why keep me coming back? The process was a complete waste of time and they did not even have the decency to send me an email or other form of communication that I was no longer a candidate.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Medline Industries in Nov 2022
Interview
Unorganized. Did not interview with manager that recruiter had mentioned. Waited in office area for about 20 minutes with no update. Interviewer was taking calls from the warehouse floor during interview and could not focus on interview. Impression was that interviewer came in knowing they were not going to make offer.
