Interview
Phone call interview. Simple questions easy to answer. Then you have to take a test at the Warehouse on the computer. Math questions asking you to calculate boxes on a pallet and a personality test. Not super tricky but refresh on your basic math skills beforehand if you struggle with it.
Finally, a one on one interview with a supervisor if you pass the test.

Interview
It was designed to assess a candidate's competence, character, and cultural fit, focusing on past behavior to predict future performance, if you know basic things about warehouse you can easily crack
Yes and No personality and character questions. Walk around the warehouse so you can see where you would be working and what kind of equipment you would use. Then you get an offer.
Interview was really easy overall. The manager did not ask too many technical questions, and just wanted to know a little more about me and my background. It was more of a conversation and was a pretty good first impression of the leadership style and company overall.
