I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Medline Industries
Interview
Medline recruited for summer interns at my college. The interview process was concise and refreshing compared to other interviews. Two Medline reps came to the university campus to conduct interviews. Each interview lasted 30 minutes. We discussed my resume and went over a few behavioral questions. The Medline reps also explained more about the company and the type of person they were looking to hire. I was extended an offer soon after my first interview.

I applied online. I interviewed at Medline Industries
Interview
Three zoom interviews spread over two weeks where they ask you questions about yourself but also questions on how to sell products and using scenarios. Everyone was very nice but seemed rushed.

I interviewed at Medline Industries (Northfield, IL)
Interview
Super smooth. First round was a phone screen, second round was a behavorial interview with a Product Manager, third round was two back to back interviews with more executive employees who asked a bit more critical behavorial questions and some case study questions.
First round interview went well. It was fairly informal and were mostly expected questions of a first interview (TMAY, describe a time when you resolved a conflict, etc.). There were about 10 minutes at the end for you to ask questions.
