Everything was like a dream come true.
1)Phone call interview went well.
2)panel interview in front of three hr representatives went well.
3)met with floor manager went very well.
4)skills test on computer went well.
5)background check failed and was not given a position do to no haven a clear record.
People make mistakes, learn and grow from them.

The interview process was very simple. Was asked a few straight forward questions and did a warehouse tour with the manager and HR. I was then offered the job .

The interviewer was pleasant forward and very forthcoming with what the job entails. Everyone I met was very inviting and friendly. Great atmosphere. Took me on a tour. Warehouse very clean and organized.
Easy process. Fill online application . Schedule Phone interview for screening with recruiter. basic questions about the job description. Availability , after that schedule an in person interview with manager.
