I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Medline Industries (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2017
Interview
Very lengthy interview process. Started with a phone interview from a recruiter, personality and mathematics test, in person interview with 2 people, ride along, then Chicago corporate office interview with 7 people.

Question 1
Silent interview in Chicago with the main decision maker- turns out they want you to be the one to interview and ask questions. I was a little confused after being asked tons of questions by the 6 other people in the location. They wanted to know about previous experiences and salaries etc.
I applied online. I interviewed at Medline Industries
Interview
Went through multi-layered interviews, full product knowledge, and documented years of relationship building. Boilerplate rejection email. "At this time, we are not moving forward in the process as there are other candidates who more closely align with the needs of the team". Medline is still recruiting for the job XX months later. I guess I wasn't young enough.
3-4 rounds of interviews first with recruiter, then direct manager, regional manager and finally the VP. It can be lengthy as they need time to collaborate with one another and it doesn’t seem like a major priority.
Entretien passé dans la cafétéria d’une station essence sur une aire d’autoroute! Peu professionnel et non respect de la confidentialité. Le manager pose des questions discriminantes telles que: âge, situation familiale, âge des enfants.
