The interview process that was organized by Senada Metovic (Senior Recruiter) was done professionally and smoothly! Her time and guidance was very impactful in keeping all the info and stages of the interviews organized . Overall, the interview and recruiting process at Medline was top notch and really allowed me to keep my focus on preparing for each stage of interviews. Medline is a fantastic company full of resources and they have been impeccable in helping me adjust and learn the ropes of the company effectively during my onboarding proccess. Highly recommend this company to anyone who is willing to work hard and put in the honest effort!

Interview
There were 3 interviews. One was with recruiter, one with manager and QA and the last one was with the director of the customer service department. The last one was more of a get to know you where they offered the position.
Very easy. Just have reasons why you think you'd be a good fit and your sales process. Have a plan in mind going in and be confident with your answers.

Interview
I had a total of 9 interviews. First was with a recruiter, then with the Divisional Manager, then a ride with a Sales Rep/trainer (not as formal of an intervew) and then a trip to corporate and had another 4 interviews (each one lasting 30 mins with higher ups from various departments) and then a a final one with the Regional Manager. The Regional said "she was the deciding factor" after it was a 50/50 split on whether or not to hire me during the corporate interviews. The final meeting was more or less her getting to know me.
