Interview
We started with an online application along with posting of a current resume and transcript. Then an on campus interview was scheduled for 2 weeks after the date the application was submitted. After the interview, an automated email was sent explaining how they were choosing to go in a different direction.

Chat with recruiter and then hour long call with hiring manager. No technical questions, just chatted about recent projects and a few behavioral style questions. I only chatted with one person for the hiring manager interview

It was a pretty standard screening call with talent acquisition first. Then I had a video call with the hiring manager. I never heard back after that, but a couple months later got notified that the job was closed.

The interview process consisted of 3 rounds including two 3-person panel second round interviews. I made it to through the second round interviews without ever speaking with the hiring manager.
