First, online assesment that consists of 3 tests: psychological, logic thinking or mathematic test, reading with understanding. Next telephone interview (STAR metod), linguistic assesment online. Finally, interview with managers in the office.

Completely crazy. We spoke about everything but the job. There was some concern about my former job experience but the interest was mainly on what the job required and if I would enjoyed enough to do it for several years.

The process was simple: I applied through a recruiter with a CV and cover letter. I was then asked for an on-site assessment centre, and the final round included language tests and on-site interviews with the manager from the team.
