I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Medtronic (Los Angeles, CA) in Dec 2020
Interview
The interview went well. But no follow up after. Sent multiple emails to HR and hiring managers. Absolutely no response!!! This is very unprofessional. You don't need to come with any offer but at least don't leave a candidate unresponsive. Just an email stating you would continue with other candidates will suffice.

Interview
3 months after initial interview role was switched to a more junior position, asked if I'd still loke to interview for the position. the role was then reposted and I was ghosted.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Medtronic (Littleton, MA) in Sept 2022
Interview
After an initial phone screen I was invited to interview on-site with their team. For the interview I was asked to prepare a presentation and then present during the interview to about 6 attendees. The presentation guidelines were open-ended so I covered most of the applications throughout my career. This part was not difficult, but the formality of how they wanted questions answered according to STAR method was distracting. Specifically, they asked answers to be structured as Situation, Task, Action, and Result.

Interview
Spent 5 hours interviewing with 11 different people in surgical robotics. After sending out a thank you note to all interviewers, I did not hear back from anyone. Multiple follow-ups and 2 months later, I finally heard back with a generic email template that they decided to move forward with other candidates. I was shocked with the disrespect and disregard shown towards my time.
