Straightforward and easy. I was contacted by the HR for a phone screen, scheduled for an interview and then afterwards had another phone screen that reviewed the details of the job and financial expectations and finished with a final interview.

Interview
Spoke with an internal recruiter, then was asked to come onsite for an in person interview. After that I had a final phone interview and received the job offer within a few days. Very straightforward interview process! During my onsite interview I was interviewed by 2 current managers and they asked if I was familiar with the STAR format because that’s how they wanted their questions answered (nice of them, especially if someone hasn’t interviewed for awhile). The only difficult part was one of the interviewers wasn’t very personable but at the end she lightened up, so that made me feel like I gained her approval!
