      Associate Manufacturing Engineer Interview

      8 Dec 2010
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Medtronic in Nov 2010

      Interview

So a HR manager called me three months after I applied asking if I was still interested in the position. Luckly, I was so I proceeded with two phone interviews and then a onsite interview consisting of 6 different interviews. At the end of the onsite interview day I met 8 employees. It was a very long a tedious process. The interviewers were friendly and asked common behavioral questions as well as some questions relating the manufacturing engineering. After the onsite interview I was asked to come in once again to meet with another manufacturing engineer where I was given two engineering exercises. I thought they were not hard, but I didn't end up getting the job. Overall, it was a good experience, but it had a long tedious interview process.
