The whole process took two months. The stages were: application form, prescreening call, video recording interview (5 questions, 3 minutes of recording), interview with manager, personal assessment (it was written that there had to be 40 questions for 30 minutes but there were 160 that took me 1,5 hours), interview with manager and potential colleagues. As i was told there was going to be another round of interview. I didn’t make it to that stage. The whole experience with this company was annoying and frustrating. I had to reply the same questions over and over again due to the amount of the interview stages. In the end, they sent me an email stating that in their opinion I was a Junior Supervisor, even though I had a managerial role at my previous job. I’ve asked them what skills they were looking for, after a month still no answer (even though the HRs replied me at first that they would investigate the case and get back to me). I don’t know whether everyone in Prague has this amount of the interview stages or it was just me, anyway, I will avoid this company in the future.
