Preselection through recruiting company, quick call with the headhunter to get to know your qualifications/expectations and then 2 interviews with your direct manager. First one to go through basic interview questions, for the second one you have to prepare a case study, basically prepare a timeline to organize an event.

They offered a monthly salary of 30-35000CZK. I had automatic video interview(No speaker). When I put my salary expectation higher than their expectation, they did not accept me immediately. I did not speak to anyone.it was a robotic questions
