Last day of the application close date, I received notification of meeting minimum qualification needed for the job. Scheduled call with recruiter: 15 mins screening call, next, 3 interviews with 3 managers. Process took about 3 weeks.

No crticral question.But wasn't hired for no reason. I think they have internal candidate. Hiring manager was so nice. He didn't asked me tough question. The job was also pritty simple.
After submitting my application, HR responded promptly and arranged a phone screening. The call was professional and went smoothly. But unfortunately, I did not receive any updates or feedback afterward.
