I was referred by my university and had a phone interview and a second interview at their offices. It was a weird experience. The arrangements were subject to a lot of delays and miscommunications about what the job was. I sent my CV but the interviewer hadn't seen/read it before the phone interview. I didn't do well in the second interview so I didn't expect an offer, but I did expect a note to say I hadn't got it. I never heard from them again. My overall impression was that at least on the HR side the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing at this company.
