Clear and timely communication, very smooth. Clear instructions for case review. Nice people, asking critical but fair questions. Recruiters getting back within reasonable time. Received a fair and good offer.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Mollie in Feb 2026
Interview
Initial interview with hiring team. They were open and answered all questions I had. The job was not for me, but was able to discern this quickly from the call.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mollie (Lisbon, Lisbon District) in Feb 2025
Interview
I had a 30-minute introductory call with the hiring manager. The first 15mins was dedicated to a very detailed overview of the company, which, while informative, felt a bit overwhelming and didn’t help to ease me into the conversation.
The second half consisted of a few straightforward questions, followed by a chance for me to ask my own. Unfortunately, this part of the interview fell a little flat — my questions were mostly met with brief or disinterested responses. This made it difficult to establish a meaningful dialogue.
It was a disappointing experience overall, especially as I was genuinely interested in the product. I came away with the impression that there wasn’t much enthusiasm on the other side.
The next steps in the process involve a take-home design brief, followed by two further interviews to present the work to various department heads.
