Generic interview process. The initial coding assessment was hard but managed to pass that. The coding review, system design, and culture fit interviews after that was well hosted. Kudos to the interviewers!

Started the initial interview where the HR looked pretty interested (also received a follow up mail saying that they were really interested) in my figure to then be ghosted and only after that i asked for some updates i got rejected.

Several questions related to my previous experience.
I did Only hr interview. I did not proceed with the process due to mismatch in salary expectations. Hr person was kind and transparent. It was for a hybrid role in Milan.
There are 3 rounds of interviews in total, after passing the CV screening, the first round is a behavioural interview with the hr, which is probably a further understanding of you and the information on your CV, the second round is a technical interview, which is probably peer coding and a few technical questions, and finally the mollie fit
