Interview
The interview process was very smooth and simple. I had a good experience and I enjoyed it. My only recommendation to others would be to look up the values so you have it on hand
Much less intimidating than I thought, very humane and they made me feel at ease. I felt well supported throughout and never felt like they were trying to catch me out. The conversation flowed easily and they gave me plenty of time so I didn’t feel rushed.

They asked about how I would handle a confidentiality situation.

three parts practical interview- showing how to work in clinical setting and a follow up feedback from manager
asked quite difficult questions so be cautious and communicate well
Not a bad experience. It was smooth as questions asked were something I had prepared for, so it was a smooth process for me. The interviewers were also very friendly and make the experience good too
