I applied in-person. I interviewed at NHS (London, England) in Oct 2017
Interview
multiple stages.phone interview and interview with line manager. its good to have relevant experience as they will ask some role based questions a scenario question. It helps to also know data protectino policies as NHS is all about patient confidentiality.
Good experience I felt they weee friendly and very short but I felt they just were doing a tick box instead of selling myself , I met the team went around the ward and that sort of thing so I’m very pleased
Applied on the NHS jobs website, where I filled out personal information and wrote why I was a suitable fit for the role and how I match the criteria for the role. Consisted of a series of questions relevant to the duties of the role being applied for.
I had filled out my application and proofed it and then I submitted it. The application was extremely straight forward and I would recommend it to anyone. You are able to view your application process
