Thorough but not taxing, they follow a clearly standardised process that is easy to understand & is replicated across NHS employers. Usually small groups of one or two people interviewing you.
Had a screening call, had a few questions about the role they were happy to answer. Decided it wasn’t what I was currently looking for currently but would come back in future if there was an opportunity with the right level of seniority.
