      I interviewed at NHS

      Interview

Attended assessment centre, started with taking an LFT, once confirmed negative, documents taken and photocopied. Then taken down to where interview would happen in 2 stages. 1st stage given paper questionnaire with various different questions about medical conditions in varying age groups. 30 mins to complete this. It's marked there and then to decide if you continue to 2nd stage which is 1-1 interview- asked questions about my CV and work history, a few questions where I had to give example of things done at work which relate to company values. And then scenarios section, 3 different scenarios of various age groups where you describe how you would handle a call of that nature. Overall less daunting then I was expecting and the staff there are very welcoming and make you feel at ease.
