Frustrating and long winded. No follow up, then suddenly offered the job six weeks later, when I had already accepted another job. Seems like a waste of time for both the interviewer and me, as she said they were struggling for staff.

2 interviewers. Asked 5 questions. Most questions were the usual ones (questions that match the job description). The interview was about 30 - 45 minutes. Interview started 10 minutes after designated time.
