Interviewers were friendly and the overall experience was very good. They conducted three short technical interviews.
Round 1 Questions:
#1: Current Project explanation.
#2: How the swf and backend communicates in Flex.
#3: What is the component life cycle? Explain it.
#4: What actions are done in updateDisplayList() method?
Round 2 Questions:
#1: What is a sealed and dynamic class? How to create a dynamic class?
#2: What is the instruction to get info of newly added properties in a dynamic class?

#4: What is a native application?
#5: What is a native installer? What file type extension it has?
#6: What is the difference between window and native window?
#7: What is crossdomain.xml and in what scenarios it is used?
Round 3 Questions:

#2: What frameworks are available for Flex?
#3: What are the key factors for selection of a particular framework?

Interview
The interview was a drive, multiple roles. I reached around 1pm, and interview happened around 4:30pm. The HR and interview both were incredibly nice, well behaved and kept a smiling demeaner. The interviewer was friendly, didn't judge me in case of wrong answers. I was selected for second round, which wasn't successful unfortunately due to my inexperience in distributed systems. Overall nice process, would love to join the company if I get a chance.

It was great, highly technical and mostly scenario based questions asked.
Touched upon each skills mentioned in a resume. So, prepare all the mentioned skills. 3 technical rounds along with one coding round based on hackathon
