I have been working at Nagarro full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    1. Very smart, humble and likeminded people who are in the top management
    2. Employee aspirations are given high priority
    3. Lateral role changes are easy and one can try to move to any job profile that one aspires to do and excel in that
    4. The company is evolving for the positive and is growing rapidly
    5. A truly global company with collaboration across all geographies throughout the world

    Cons

    1. The company is evolving faster than the processes. This is pulling down the actual growth. Some more effort in process improvement is necessary
    2. Some people in the senior leadership still get involved in the mid-level management tasks, proper succession planning hasn't been done and the current model is not scalable as the leaders are left with less time to think about the future, but are mainly stuck in the operational level details

I have been working at Nagarro full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

In my 8+ tenure with nagarro:
    1. Non hierarchical reporting structure
    2. Approachable management (never thought twice before directly pinging or emailing the CEO )
    3. Role transition support and career guidance (by highly qualified down to earth leaders in nagarro)
    4. Amazing work life balance, you are treated as an extended family member to say the least
    5. Don't know about others but I definitely like the initiatives taken for environment safety awareness
    6. Got to work with bests of Technology Analysts in the industry

    Cons

    1. Difficult to get work in the business domain of your interest, which is understandably depends on available projects
    2. Onsite opportunities - I felt a little favoritism in this area

    Advice to Management

    1. Keep doing great
    2. Control few (very few) senior managers from taking undue advantage of their positions

I worked at Nagarro full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    1. Training provided to freshers is nice (dot net).
    2. Work from home available depending on the project & manager (even for freshers).
    3. Nice Infrastructure (specially plot 13 & 371).
    4. Free Gym facility available (but small).
    5. Free night cab (needs approval from manager), free snacks & free dinner after 7 p.m.
    6. Proactiveness of management and HR towards extra extracurricular and team. building activities. Even tech talks & tech webinars are available.
    7. Wellness room available to sleep and to take rest when ill.
    8. Open to innovation and allow you to think out of the box and implement it - "Thinking breakthroughs".
    9. Salary hikes are good for freshers approx 40-50% as compared to other companies where only 10% will be given (depending upon project budget).
    10. Flexible timings again depending upon project & manager.
    11. Free German language and advance communication skill classes at work location (limited seats).
    12. Day care facility available on premises.
    13. Employee benefit activities like health camps etc.
    14. Job security (Even if you perform not very well, they will not fire you but just release from project).
    15. Celebrates every festival.
    16. Ticket management system (kayako) to track everything internally.
    17. Table tennis is available.
    18. If you are doing your work nicely, No one will ask you (not even HR) to complete number of hours per week you spent in the office.
    19. No hierarchy (although I sometimes doubt on this :P)

    Cons

Biggest con (for fresher) is that in any project you will be working as a shadow resource. Hence you will work hard but you are not visible to client. Hence someone else will cleverly (you mentor) take your credit and you will not be appreciated. Even from stand up meetings with client to giving demo. you will not given any credit. So don't stay silent. fight back for your credit even if you are not billable.

    Some other cons -

    1. Food at the cafeteria is not good.
    2. There are less projects specially in java.
    3. Hiring too many people (specially freshers, Interview quality degraded).
    4. Appraisals becoming lesser now (even for freshers).
    5. Maximum Projects are in maintenance stage (So no learning from scratch).
    6. Either you'll have no work-life balance or you'll be free a lot of times.
    7. Dell laptops will be given no Apple macbook :P
    8. Gratuity will be available after 5 years only.
    9. Internal politics in some projects.
    10. Starting salary less for fresher (depending upon college).

    Advice to Management

As I have written in the cons section. Mentors are taking the credit of the work done by their shadow resource. Those mentors are sitting idle and generally give status of work done by fresher. They generally give the reason behind this is "You are not billable to client". So as fresher he/she is not aware that this reason is cliche.

Hence please take care of this misuse being done to freshers in any projects. Generally freshers are afraid to raise this point against their mentor in front of their mangers/clients and HR.

    Good salaries and appraisals
    Good Onsite opportunities

    Cons

    Advice to Management

You are doing good overall. Please try to maintain the equality in salary level within organisation and wrt to market level.
