I was interviewed for Nagarro Abu Dhabi. HR asked the expected salary and didn’t negotiate. After clearing the interview they gave assignment. I worked on assignment for more than a week. After submitting the assignment they scheduled a call to discuss the assignment. After the call didn’t hear anything for more than 15 days. After 15 days they directly send the offer letter without discussion on salary. The offered package was same which I was earning from last 3 years.

The Interview was 2 technical round and a manager round
the initial round was pretty straight forward with just basics of java asked 2 coding questions as well second round was mainly focused of more advanced topics and java 8 features also had questions from design patterns as well
Basic questions about team management and team conflict.
What problems did you face in doing projects technologically wise and managing wisely too?
He gave me instants which can arise during working in a team and asked what will you do in them.
