I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at NatWest Group (Edinburgh, Scotland) in May 2018
Interview
Stage 1: Online tests (multiple-choice, numerical and reasoning)
Stage 2: Video interview (competency-based)
Stage 3: Assessment Day (competency-based one-on-one and group discussion)
The online tests aren't difficult but the assessment day itself is quite long. We started the day with a group discussion, during which there will be live tweets giving new information. Then we had an individual interview which based around my work experience (competency-based questions), We ended the day with a timed writing task.
