Online Assessment comprising of numerical reasoning and situational questions in game format. Zoom interview comprising of German banking questions and questions about previous experience (explaining the contents of your CV).

The final interview for the graduate programme - Assessment Day -1. Group assignment - 2. Individual case analysis - 3. 1V1 formal interview 3 hours in total and one hour per each using the SOVA platform.

It was a straight forward interview process, however, unclear with regards to outcome and unwilling to provide feedback. Overall, would go for better graduate programs out there as I’ve heard it’s not the best of programs

Involved several stages - Psychometric testing, Video Interviews, and finally, Assessment Centre - this is divided into three: 1-2-1, Group discussion, and Interviews. Feedback was provided after the assessment center.
