Group Interview, follow by a Final Individual Interview with 2 Interviewees. Group interview is to prepare a presentation with four other candidates based on a market research data pack, to a group of interviewers acting as the client.

How do you think about the FMCG industry? If you are the head of the company, what do you think you should do to change the problems?
English self-intro and Q&A, some general question to understand you more, e.g. What do you expect in this position? Interviewers are friendly
Written test (1hr), A set of questionnaire that includes grammatical/numeric/logical mistakes, proofread it and correct it

Interview
It takes two months from application submission to interview invitation. The phone interview lasted for 10 minutes. First comes a self-introduction section. And then she asked me some regular questions like what do you know about our company, your strengths for this position, why are you applying this job, etc. At the end, HR asked if I have any questions to ask.
