First Round was an on-campus interview with 2 people - a current MSci ELA and a MSci Client Service Manager. The interview consisted of basic behavioral questions that should be answered with experiences drawn from your resume. They fly you out to Tampa for the second and final round. Approximately 50 candidates all stay in the same hotel. There is a welcome banquet the night of arrival where they debrief everyone on the rest of the process. The next day is a full day of interviews/presentations. There are two case interviews - one individual and one group - and a behavioral interview much like the first round.
