Expectations set right on the very first round. The process explained clearly and all the rounds happened on time. Very friendly people. I was always made comfortable and at ease to answer the questions. Was able to relate the questions to the work.

More towards "How" was it done than "What" was done. Shows the integrity the company wants to follow in getting things done. The questions were more based on the experience than on the theoretical knowledge. Gives an applicant space and comfort to explain.

Good stuff very fair and equitable. Came to conclusion fast and they answered all the questions timely/ I was offered a role in days, not weeks. It was a very fair interview.

1 telephonic interview and 1 round personal discussion. Interviewer at Director level does not have clarity on what he wants for his business unit. So it is easy to crack.
