Gave my interview for Database team. The interview is being conducted by Senior Manager. He asks questions and has a preconceived answer and if the answer doesn't align with his, he stops in between and start putting his own story. Full interview process, he just wants to talk without giving time to the candidate to finish thought. I litterally asked him if he can stop cutting every time I open my mouth. On top of that he started giving mantra like this is an opportunity for me to teach.
