Interview
Es un proceso de 3-4 entrevistas, comienzas con RRHH, seguido del Gerente Local y continuas con algunos líderes del equipo central de India. Suelen mover las agendas con frecuencia, pero sí te suelen avisar si continuas o no en el proceso.
1 hr round and 2 manager round, followed by negotiation round with hr again. 30 mins 30 mins rounds generally.
The rounds were short and to the point. Got an offer at the end.
