The first interview - HR, short and brief. Then with the managers - about your experience - 30 minutes, it is too short from my perspective because it is difficult to understand all the job requirements and talk about your past experience
Spoke with a recruiter via zoom interview first for 30 minutes who explained the role at a high-level and team structure. Asked about my background and experience and compensation expectations. Said she'd relay everything then to hiring manager who would review and get back and still never has.
