Interview
A phone call with HR, then an assessment center with 20 other people and 3 managers. The assessment center was a day long 9am-4pm and consisted of us telling a little bit about ourselves, a group exercise and a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Interview
One super day for interviews - I liked it better this way but can be stressful at the same time. A lot of behavioral questions to test your personality.. Offer letters come within a week or two.
Not too bad it is a 3 part interview. First one is a phone call and second and third are in person interviews. For BDR they focus heavily on customer success
