I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Oracle (Bogotá, Bogota) in Dec 2014
Interview
Went over 4 interviews and did not even got a thanks but no thanks call. They seemed not like people with family even if they also have one. I really feel they lack clarity and openness and despite asking for an answer either way they couldn't do so.
