I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Oracle
Interview
Very unprofessional bunch of fools. Very bad experience
I was told that i would be going for 2 interviews 1 hour each with VP and Director after the HR round.
The interview with VP was ok, he asked few behavioural interview quests, 2 coding questions and 1 design problem. I answered 80-90% well. Then Director round started and first of all, instead of 1 person, there were 2 people, director and also the Manager. Both started bombarding questions and asked me whatever is possible on earth - Design, coding, java, sprinngboot, screenshare questions and what not. One hour passed and nobody uttered a word and kept bombarding question and interview continued upto 1h 45 mins. In the end director mentioned that HRs do not allow us to take interview for more than an hour but we need more time.
That is so disrespectful of others' time and also tells about org culture. Typical pressurizing kind of environment was something i could sense. And the worst part, I still have not received any feedback from HR even after 2 follow ups #GHOSTED #BY #ORACLE
