I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Oracle (Amsterdam) in Jun 2021
Interview
The interviews went really fast and they did not leave me hanging. They were really straightforward about what was possible and what not. After some back and forth, we came to an agreement that worked for both sides.

Question 1
Why do you think you are a good candidate?
What can you bring to the team?
Have 4 rounds and mostly technical .. laat round focused on reasoning and general thinking ability . Mostly from high level design and low level design along with Data structure and debugging knowledge
The recruitment process was a labyrinthine affair, characterized by a multi-layered structure that stretched across a couple of months. Weeks would pass between leaving me in the dark. While the technical interviews were generally straightforward and objective, the process was further complicated by the inclusion of what appeared to be politically charged and psychologically probing interviews, albeit disguised under various euphemistic titles. These latter stages were subjective assessments, leaving me feeling vulnerable to the whims and biases of the interviewers. The lack of transparency and the prolonged periods of silence created a sense of unease, transforming what should have been an exciting opportunity in an established organization.
