After completing all rounds, I was told that i passed and it was under salary approval. HR mentioned in a phone call that the process is delayed cuz she was on leave and the approval result would be available in the following week. However, after following up next week, I received a rejection email instead, and no further response from then. Later, I found that another candidate experienced the same - also told that approval was in progress, then later received almost the same template rejection. understand that budgets are limited under the current economy, but plz show basic respect for candidates’ time and effort Advice to Management: - Respect candidates' time - if budget is an issue, communicate early - Provide at least basic feedback after extensive, multi-round interview process - Avoid using AI-generated template rejections, personalize them minimally - Be transparent about decision timeline to maintain trust
