Interview
The interview process is engaging and several rounds. Including meeting with several department heads, MDs and role plays.
You meet with a variety of department heads to see where you will be the best fit within the organization.
Typically it is at least three rounds.
3 interviews, great process, all virtual during covid. You meet with executives and your potential manager. Very conversational and warm. I made it through all three interviews within two weeks.

The interview process was lead by MP's internal recruiter Sam Meo. She was fantastic with follow up and setting up the interview to make it most accommodating. She was able to help coach me through what to expect but also allowed me to ask any questions surrounding the people I'd be interviewing with. The overall experience as smooth and easy!
