    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at PageGroup full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

-Good office building to work in
-Good for freshers before they find a real job

    Cons

-All managers, at each level lack any leadership traits
-Aggressive culture, have seen two consultants fight for a mandate and encouraged by manager
-no work life balance. 11+ hours expected
-managers are immature and lack industry experience and mentoring skills.
-consultants abuse candidate confidentiality and gossip about all candidates in very disrespectful ways
-micro management. Managers literally look at your computer screens and monitor even bathroom break time

    Advice to Management

Keep in mind, I'm not a disgruntled employee but sad to see what is promised to new employees and what is actually the case. Hire managers with industry experience who can learn.
-quality is more important than money making for most people.
