A recruiter sent me a message on LinkedIn and called me within the hour that I responded expressing interest. She asked me about my background and experience and told me more about the position (which is ultimately a sales position). The recruiter then asked me to complete a test that took 20 minutes, and she called me almost immediately after I finished. She then put her manager on the phone with me who told me more about the position and asked me to come in for an interview 2 days later (keep in mind, I was out of state, so this was very fast-moving and left me little time to prepare).
My interview at the office was interesting. The manager whom I'd spoken to on the phone came in 10 minutes late to introduce himself and tell me that he hadn't eaten breakfast, so he was going to go eat something and then come back. Fifteen minutes later, he came back to the room and asked me questions about my background while constantly checking his phone and not looking at me. He got the rest of the team to meet with me and drill me with questions as well. I like the rest of the team and the manager invited me back for a second round interview later the next week.
The final interview consisted of a meeting with a director and some role plays. I also was invited to the sales floor that they worked on to get a feel for the environment. It was kind of noisy but everyone was friendly. A day after the interview, the recruiter who initially reached out to me called me and asked if I were to accept I was offered the position. I had to think about it, because this process took a week. I ended up not accepting the offer, because I felt the interview process seemed too rushed and the employees sounded desperate.
Overall good experience. Got to meet nice and professional people during interview process. It started with a zoom call, meeting different members of the team and the last stage in person at the head office.

Question 1
previous experience, transferable skills, knowledge about the role, etc
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PageGroup (New York, NY) in Feb 2023
Interview
I had a final round interview with a man named Sean Puddle. He told me I wasn't a good fit because I was from Long Island and likely had family money, so I wouldn't be hungry enough for this sales role.
Sean is now at Robert Walters, and I'm sure he's been the same jerk there.

Question 1
No questions, just told I wasn't a good fit because I allegedly came from family money based off of where I was raised.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at PageGroup (London, England)
Interview
Contacted several times for the interview. Was able to to schedule an interview with a so called director.
It was a big mistake accepting the interview. Highly discriminatory, no regards and disrespectful. I don't advise any individual with black race to apply.
